1. Appointments & Booking

All services are available by appointment only. Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

2. In-Home Services

Avenique provides mobile massage and bodywork services at clients' homes throughout Greater Vancouver.

Please ensure there is a clean, safe, and suitable space with sufficient room to set up the massage table and perform the session comfortably.

3. Health & Personal Considerations

Before your session, please share any relevant health concerns, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or other conditions that may affect your treatment.

This information helps determine whether the requested service is appropriate and whether any adjustments are needed.

Avenique provides wellness-focused massage and bodywork services and does not replace medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Your Comfort & Preferences

Your comfort and personal boundaries are respected throughout the session. You are encouraged to communicate your preferences regarding pressure, techniques, areas of focus, or any discomfort.

You may request an adjustment or ask to stop the session at any time.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is kindly requested for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows sufficient time to adjust the schedule and accommodate other clients. Your understanding and consideration are greatly appreciated.

6. Payment

Payment arrangements and accepted payment methods will be confirmed when your appointment is booked.

Any applicable travel charges or additional service fees will be communicated in advance.

7. Arrival & Appointment Timing

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time and allow adequate space for equipment setup.

Late starts or unexpected delays may affect the available session time, depending on the circumstances and subsequent appointments.

Avenique is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and professional environment.

All services are strictly professional and wellness-focused. Inappropriate behaviour or requests will not be accepted, and a session may be declined or discontinued when necessary.

9. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be used toward eligible Avenique services, subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Please mention your gift certificate when arranging your appointment.
